Kona Coffee, Banana, & Peanut Butter Smoothie

Throwing away leftover Hualalai Estate Kona Coffee is a sin in our household. We always find a use for it, and one of our favorites is this Kona Coffee, Banana, & Peanut Butter Smoothie.

Yield: 2 smoothies

Ingredients

2 bananas (may be frozen or fresh - frozen will require a little extra liquid)
1 cup frozen Kona coffee cubes
1/2-1 cup milk of choice (we love full-fat coconut!)
2 tbsp peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Honey to taste (we start with a tablespoon and go from there)
Optional: Vanilla or Chocolate protein powder

Instructions

Take any leftover Kona coffee and freeze in ice cube trays overnight. We always use these cubes for our iced coffee too, so that Kona coffee flavor is never diluted!
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
